Update the notification timestamp for watched pages.
This affects the highlighting of changed pages in the watchlist and history, and the sending of email when the "էլ-փոստով տեղեկացնել հսկվող էջերում կամ նիշքերում փոփոխությունների մասին" preference is enabled.
